We advise you to read through our policies and terms and conditions before purchasing an item. By using and purchasing anything from our website you are accepting our policies and terms and conditions.



All pieces are sent to you with 1/3 day delivery signed for. If you would like next day delivery please place the order before 4pm and email/dm us as there is an additional charge. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks working days for Personalised pieces as they’re hand made and then a few more days for delivery. 

We will always do our best to have your order with you on the specified date / time. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise that are out of our control. 



Any customer purchasing goods online will have 7 working days from the date of delivery to return their unused item. When returning, please note your returns shipment charges will be payable by the customer. 



If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace the item once we receive the damaged or defective one. 



We accept returns in exchange for a new item. If you want to return something you will be given store credit that amounts to the same price you initially spent. We have a no refund policy. 

We do not offer exchange or returns on personalised pieces.

Our store has a 14 day return policy from the day you receive the physical product. Please email us to start the process along with the reason why to keep in our records


By reading all of these and accepting you are complying to our terms and conditions.


We ship using Royal Mail Express shipping. Once we send the tracking number and update it on our system along with proof of postage we do not offer refunds or send out new items as we have fulfilled the order on our end. We will help you get into contact with Royal Mail and file a lost parcel case and once that has been resolved we can either refund or send you new items when they compensate for the lost item.
